Starting from our beans and rice are always prepared with pure cholesterol-free Canola oil, not chicken base or lard, we only use lard for our carnitas!. All salsas are made fresh. We provide high quality service, great food and from the very beginning, we've always done it right! What is a Taquiza (Taco Bar)? The Taquiza bar includes 5 different choices of meat: Carne Asada, Al Pastor (BBQ Pork), Grilled Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Carnita, Lengua, Cabeza and Buche. It also includes fresh cilantro, onions, radishes, limes, fresh peppers, whole pinto beans (3 quarts), 3 different kinds of salsa and chips. All options/packages include disposable plates, forks and napkins. (These Option/Packages DO NOT include beverages).
